William Dummer - Chief Executive Officer
William was with the Boeing Company for 16 years as a top rated financial analyst, including serving as an advisor for the Boeing Executive Program. During the last 3 years William researched the needs of the aviation maintenance training industry and has been exploring solutions with key aviation stakeholders. William has a bachelor degree in literature and a master’s degree in quantitative study.

Thomas J. Klein - VP Business Development
Thomas is a senior finance and business development executive with 12 years experience in investment banking with leading firms. Thomas specialized in advising senior management of public technology companies on mergers, acquisitions and financings. For the past three years Thomas’ focus has been institutional equities of high growth technology companies.

Dr. George H. Ebbs, JR. - VP Corporate Development

For the past 6 years Dr. Ebbs was the President of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, the only higher education institution of its kind in the world with internationally recognized curricula in engineering, aviation sciences and aviation business administration. From 1986-1998 Dr. Ebbs was the CEO and President of the Canaan Group which he founded. The Canaan Group was an internationally known and respected aviation consulting firm which specialized in marketing, customer service, product development and evaluation, business strategy and organization for the world’s airlines and aviation industry suppliers. The business was sold to Allied Signal in 1998. Previously Dr. Ebbs worked for 15 years in senior positions at Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc.



Sean Hodgins - Chief Financial Officer
Sean Hodgins, CA, CPA (Illinois) has provided contract controller and CFO services to a variety of private and public early-stage technology companies in Vancouver, California and Nevada. Sean worked for six years as a manager with Deloitte&Touche LLP in Vancouver and two years as a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in San Jose, CA specializing in assurance services for semiconductor and software clients. Sean has recently joined 3Plains to guide the company through its most rapid phase of growth.

Todd Peterson - Production Manager
Todd is a 3d artist with over 12 years of industry experience. In those years Todd ran his own animation studio for 8 years, wrote over a dozen books on 3ds max, Autocad, and combustion, and was the director of the software division at a well known 3d animation software company. Todd also taught for 3 years at the University of Tennessee and has lectured and demoed software at many international conferences.



Advisory board

John Goglia
John Goglia formerly served as a Member of the National Transportation Safety Board from August 1995 till his retirement in May 2004. With more than 30 years experience in the aviation industry, Mr. Goglia is the first Board Member to hold an FAA aircraft mechanic's certificate. As a Board Member, Mr. Goglia has distinguished himself in numerous areas of transportation safety. In particular, Mr. Goglia has been instrumental in raising awareness of airport safety issues, including the importance of airport crash fire and rescue operations and the dangers of wildlife at airports. Recently, Mr. Goglia hosted a joint government-industry conference to highlight airport safety trends and facilitate improvements. Mr. Goglia has played a key role in focusing international attention on the increasing significance of aircraft maintenance in aviation accidents. Mr. Goglia has pressed successfully for greater integration of civilian and military safety information, becoming a featured speaker at national aviation symposiums attended by military leaders and major defence contractors. Mr. Goglia is a leading proponent of airplane child safety seats.

Joseph Del Balzo
Founder and president of JDA, Mr. Del Balzo previously served as FAA Acting Administrator and Deputy Administrator during his FAA tenure. Other positions included serving as FAA Executive Director of Systems Operation and Executive Director of Systems Development, as well as directing the FAA Technical Center. Mr. Del Balzo is a Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Air Traffic Control Association.

Stan Mackiewicz
Stan is currently serving as the NATA’s spokesperson for industry and government affairs. He was the former President of Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (PAMA) and Director of Maintenance Training at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Stan has been a direct participant in the development of 3Plains over the last 3 years. Stan has extensive knowledge and contacts in the airplane maintenance industry and has led the market validation.

Simon Edgett
Simon Edgett is a highly regarded entrepreneur and innovator in the Internet, Voice and Data communications industry. Mr. Edgett was co-founder and vice-president of an early internet service provider in British Columbia. Subsequently as an employee of a start-up national telecom provider, Mr. Edgett provided a key role in growing the company to over a billion dollars in market capitalization. The company ultimately become a division of Bell Canada, where Mr. Edgett currently holds a director position.
